Deskify Limited Warranty

At Deskify, we are dedicated to providing ergonomic furniture designed for comfort and productivity. Our warranty is crafted to offer balanced coverage for adjustable desks and ergonomic office chairs.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from our website or authorized resellers and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

We offer the following coverage for our products:

5-Year Warranty

  • Adjustable Desk Frames (excluding normal wear and tear)

3-Year Warranty

  • Ergonomic Office Chairs (excluding normal wear and tear)

  • Electrical Components (motors, keypads, control units for desks)

  • Desktops (real wood and particle board)

  • Non-Electrical Accessories (monitor arms, desk mats)

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective parts necessary to restore product functionality.

Key Details:

  • Coverage is limited to defects impacting functionality, not cosmetic wear.

  • Replacement parts may be provided for self-installation, with instructions.

  • Coverage applies to specific defective parts rather than the entire product, unless a full replacement is deemed necessary.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, dents, fading, fabric stretching, or marks from daily use)
  • Damage from improper assembly, disassembly, or failure to follow safety guidelines
  • Overloading beyond recommended weight capacities for desks or chairs
  • Use in non-standard environments (e.g., outdoor use, excessive heat or humidity)
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of incompatible accessories
  • Any signs of misuse, neglect, or accidental damage, which voids the warranty

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if a defect is discovered. We require proof of purchase and clear images or videos of the issue to process claims promptly. Claims made after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Products Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery, including proof of purchase and photos of the damage. We will address transit damage claims within this time frame.

Issues After the Warranty Period

For any issues arising after the warranty period, feel free to contact us to purchase replacement parts. We are happy to help diagnose and provide affordable repair options.
