Shipping & Returns Policy
At Deskify, we are committed to delivering your ergonomic furniture swiftly, securely, and with ease. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your estimated shipping date. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Areas and Timeframes
We currently ship to addresses across Canada. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Next Day Delivery (Lower Mainland): Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will ship for next-day delivery in the Lower Mainland.
- 48-Hour Delivery (Within British Columbia): Orders will be delivered within 48 hours from the shipping date.
- 3 to 7 Days Delivery (Within Canada): Orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by our delivery partners and may vary slightly based on location and external factors.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available for most products across Canada.
- Additional charges may apply for rural or remote areas. We will notify you of any extra fees before dispatch.
- Bulk orders requiring pallet freight may incur additional charges. You’ll be contacted prior to dispatch for confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items will be promptly replaced or refunded.
- Return Shipping: Please note that the cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Non-Returnable Items: Bulk, custom, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your email. You can use this information to track your shipment’s progress through the courier’s website.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations or product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or part of your order is missing:
- Notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and clear photos of the damage or missing items. We will arrange for replacements or work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver desks, chairs, or larger accessories to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or commercial address for these orders.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, retrieval or reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
