Deskify Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our ergonomic furniture and want to ensure you're happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward while ensuring the products are in a condition that allows us to offer them to other customers.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

  • The product must be in 'as new' condition, with no visible signs of use or wear. Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear (e.g., scratches, dents, or marks) cannot be returned.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and product stickers intact.
  • You are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team with your order number to begin the process.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Bulk orders (e.g., more than one desk or three or more of any other item) are non-returnable.
  • Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

For all authorized returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. Please notify us within 2 business days of delivery, and provide clear photos or videos of the issue, along with your order number. We will work to replace the item or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask you to:

  • Keep the product in original condition, as any visible signs of use will reduce the item's eligibility for return.
  • Report any issues or dissatisfaction promptly, so we can offer a quick resolution.
